Thirty of those apartments are reserved for farmworker families, helping address the growing demand for quality, affordable housing for the agricultural workforce in California’s Central Coast. Crystal Pacific is supplying 407 white Vista Series vinyl windows for the project, representing a contract valued at approximately $142,000. Designed for lasting durability, energy efficiency, and low-maintenance performance, the Vista Series is an ideal solution for affordable housing developments that require dependable, long-term value. This project represents the successful completion of a relationship that began several years ago. Lorena Garcia (One for Crystal Pacific’s Sales Executives) first submitted a proposal in June 2022, and after continued collaboration with CHISPA/CCRB, was officially awarded the project in June 2026.
