Cutting and Welding with Precision
Next comes the cutting station, where advanced machinery slices the profiles to precise measurements, setting the stage for assembly. Each frame is meticulously welded at the corners, creating a seamless bond that guarantees strength and longevity. Excess material is trimmed away, leaving a clean, polished edge. As the frame takes shape, it’s tested for accuracy, ensuring perfect alignment.

Crafting the Glass
The heart of the window—the glass—is prepared with equal care. High-performance glass panes are cut to size and treated with silver coatings that improve energy efficiency by reflecting heat and reducing UV penetration. Insulating spacers and a tightly sealed perimeter ensure that the glass not only fits but also contributes to the window’s superior thermal performance. Argon gas is used in between the two panes to further make the window energy efficient.

Once the glass and frame are ready, they meet on the assembly line. Technicians expertly fit the panes into the frame, securing them with precision. Weatherstripping and seals are added, creating a barrier against drafts and moisture while enhancing energy efficiency. Moving parts, such as locks and hinges, are installed and rigorously tested to ensure smooth operation and reliability
