Crystal Pacific Supplies Windows for New Affordable Farmworker Housing Community in King City
Crystal Pacific Window & Door Systems is proud to announce its participation in a new affordable housing development in King City, California, in partnership with CHISPA/Central Coast Residential Builders (CCRB). The project reflects Crystal Pacific’s continued commitment to supporting communities with high-quality, energy-efficient window solutions for multifamily residential construction. Located at 260 Legacy Drive, King City, CA, the development consists of five two-story residential buildings with a total of 40 apartment homes. Thirty of those apartments are reserved for farmworker families, helping address the growing demand for quality, affordable housing for the agricultural workforce in California’s Central Coast. Crystal Pacific is supplying 407 white Vista Series vinyl windows for the project, representing a contract valued at approximately $142,000. Designed for lasting durability, energy efficiency, and low-maintenance performance, the Vista Series is an ideal solution for affordable housing developments that require dependable, long-term value. This project represents the successful completion of a relationship that began several years ago. Lorena Garcia (One for Crystal Pacific’s Sales Executives) first submitted a proposal in June 2022, and after continued collaboration with CHISPA/CCRB, was officially awarded the project in June 2026. Window production will begin in August of 2026, marking an important milestone in bringing this community to life. “At Crystal Pacific, we believe every family deserves a home built with quality products that will perform for years to come,” said Adrian Brito, Marketing and Creative Design Coordinator at Crystal Pacific. “We’re proud to partner with organizations like CHISPA and Central Coast Residential Builders that are committed to expanding access to affordable housing for hardworking families throughout California.” As construction moves forward, Crystal Pacific is honored to play a role in a development that will provide safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient homes for farmworker families while supporting the long-term growth of the King City community.
