Unfortunately, glass isn't flawless. Imperfections may exist. When inspecting your Crystal Pacific window and door glass, try looking through it rather than looking at it. If you see something that is a potential blemish, follow these general guidelines.
- Make sure the glass is completely clean on both sides by using glass cleaner.
- Stand 10 feet away from the glass and 90 degrees from the surface for a clear view.
- Inspect the glass in natural daylight avoiding direct sunlight on the surface.
- If a blemish is visible with a quick, casual glance, measure the size and read the following.

Where you stand, how long you view your glass, and the following parameters will help you determine if a blemish is acceptable. If you believe a blemish is unacceptable, contact your Crystal Pacific authorized dealer or message us.
